The Board of Trustees established The Living Desert Heritage Society to honor, during their lifetimes, those who include The Living Desert in their estate plans. The distinguished recognition afforded Heritage Society members is reserved exclusively for those who have made The Living Desert a direct beneficiary of a will, trust, insurance policy or other philanthropic method. There is no minimum qualifying amount. Any planned gift will be thankfully welcomed.
Your gift to The Living Desert qualifies you for the highest possible deduction for charitable contributions under federal law.
You may choose to combine that gift with income for yourself or others and pass all, or a significant portion, of your property free of federal estate taxes.
Your gift need not compete with other goals. In reviewing the ideas described within our planned giving website, you may be surprised to discover ways you can support The Living Desert while not adversely affecting your security or that of loved ones.
